How long does it take to make a product?

Products can take up to 14 days to make unless it is in stock.  If it is an urgent order, I can usually have it ready within 3 days.  Please just ask. :)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I can ship via the South Africa Postal Service, however this is not always reliable but this is the most economical option.  There is a courier option -  please see my delivery and shipping info below for pricing.

How much do you charge for shipping?

The quickest and most reliable way of shipping from South Africa internationally is via courier.  The South African Postal Service is an option but is very unpredictable.

At the moment I use DHL courier – costs as follows – all in South African Rands (ZAR).

Domestic – R320

Domestic Postnet to Postnet – R99

UK & Europe – R405

Canada & USA – R445

Rest of the World – R575

What payment methods do you accept?

If you are in South Africa you can EFT me directly or use Payfast.  If you are an international customer you can use Paypal or Payfast.  All the relevent information can be found at checkout.
